Poirier Auto Sales honors the Massachusetts Used Car Warranty
Law which protects consumers who have problems with their used vehicle. The Warranty covers any defect to major vehicle systems that impairs safety or use during the warranty period.

Duration of the Warranty period as it applies to the specific vehicle:

- 90 days or 3750 miles on vehicles with less than 40,000 miles

- 60 days or 2500 miles on vehicles with less than 40,001 to 80,000 miles

- 30 days or 1250 miles on vehicles with less than 80,001 to 125,000 miles

Poirier Auto Sales is a reseller of "Wynn's Extended Care" Coverage. It will pay for a major portion of repair costs that your normal warranty does not cover. When a break down occurs you will receive a toll-free hotline from anywhere in the U.S., towing, car rental, repair payments made to the repair facility of your choice and complete coverage up to the total NADA book value of your vehicle at the time of a claim.
